The Importance of Legal Engineering in Civil Procedure

This article aims to give visibility to legal engineering as an important tool for solving litigation within judicial processes, as evidence and formation of concrete opinion for the decision-making of the judiciary in matters related to civil engineering expertise and assessments. The primary objective is to demonstrate how the branch of legal engineering can assist the Judiciary in making decisions, taking into account the technical aspects of civil engineering. It is important to have a technical and legal basis, so that the disputes between the parties can be resolved in the best possible way, taking into account the interdependence between the Law and Civil Engineering sciences, as well as the need to demonstrate the importance of approaching the subject in the curricular curricula of the Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
