The texts will be entirely the responsibility of the authors, not necessarily reflecting the opinion of the Editorial Committee and the Editorial Board of the Journal. The works must follow the publication rules presented below. 

Work Evaluation

The decision regarding publication is the responsibility of the Editorial Committee, which will preliminarily refuse works that does not fit into the journal's scope and norms. Papers that fit these requirements will be sent to two external reviewers, following the system where the authors and reviewers identities are mutually omitted. The reviewers may indicate: 

  1. a) the publication of the work in its current form;
  2. b) publication, with suggested modifications
  3. c) the resubmission of the work for reassessment after substantial changes,
  4. d) refusal of publication.

No additions or modifications will be allowed after the works are submitted for composition.

Copyright and Responsibility

By submitting their work, the authors fully transfer their copyright to Revista jurídica. The Journal is not obliged to return the originals received. The statements and concepts emitted in the signed works are the responsibility of their authors. We will not analyze articles that are, in whole or in part, copy and / or plagiarism products identified by our reviewers or editors.

Works Format

For the purpose of analysis, submitted articles must present and observe the norms referring to the following elements described below:

PRESENTATION 

  1. a) Title of the work (in Portuguese and English);
  2. b) Name of the author (or authors);
  3. c) E-mail (if you wish it to be published);
  4. d) Academic status, titles, institutions to which it belongs;
  5. e) Summary of the article (10 lines maximum);
  6. f) Keywords (at least 4 keywords);
  7. g) Abstract (summary of the article in English);
  8. h) Key-words;

 Articles should have between 15 and 20 pages.

Text Formatting

The texts should be presented according to the following guidelines: Source: Arial, size 12; Paragraph: Alignment - Justified; Between lines - 1,5 (ABNT: NBR 14.724: 2011); Quotations: Quotations of other authors' texts should be quoted without the use of italics. If the author of the article wants to highlight the paragraph of the citation above three lines, he should do so, with the formatting: Source: Arial, size 10 Paragraph: Alignment - Justified; Betweenlines - simple; Left and right indentation with 4 cm beyond the margin (ABNT: NBR10.520: 2005).

Bibliographic References

The notes and bibliographical references should be inserted at the end of the work and should follow ABNT guidelines: NBR6.023: 2002. Doubts can be clarified through the e-mail: bonomee@bol.com.br. All material will be analyzed by members of the editorial board and reviewers.
