About the Journal
Created in 1999, the Revista Jurídica of UniEVANGÉLICA’s law course is a biannual publication of an interdisciplinary nature in themes related to the area of law. The legal perspective is in constant dialogue with other areas of knowledge involving political - social and economic issues. Its target audience are doctors, masters and other researchers who dialogue with the interdisciplinary theme in law and society. The journal publishes unpublished research of intellectual and scientific relevance and involving multidisciplinary discussions privileging the legal area.
the Revista Jurídica of UniEVANGÉLICA’s law course has as its mission: to publish and disseminate among the academic and professional community scientific articles that are original and that contribute to the promotion of multidisciplinary dialogue between the human sciences and applied social sciences.

This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that providing free scientific knowledge to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge, not charging authors any kind of submission or publication fee.
