UMA ANÁLISE ARQUEOGENEALÓGICA DA SUA TRANSPARÊNCIA EM UMA NOTÍCIA

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the knowledge-power relationships invested in the article entitled “Tocantins é o pior em transparência no matopiba e o segundo pior da região Norte, aponta radar da transparência” (Milhomem, 2024a), published on November 21 2024 on the virtual page of Jornal Opção Tocantins. To this end, the operational notions of discourse archaeogenealogy, enunciation, discursive formation and governmentality were mobilized. To better organize the textual-argumentative structure of this study, two sections were created below, marked in bold. Theoretical-methodological considerations include the statement, discursive formation and governmentality. Analysis: archaeogenealogy of transparency in public management in Tocantins, in which the aforementioned operators are involved in the process of describing and interpreting power-knowledge relations in the news under examination. As part of the results found, it was possible to understand the articulation of knowledge present in the statement investigated in relation to the manipulative contingencies of power, both in a micro social disposition, ideological partisanship between conservatism and progressivism, and in a macro dimension in which governmentability is always in play.
