O Panorama Atual dos Indicadores de Sustentabilidade Relacionados ao Turismo Sustentável: Uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura

Resumo

O objetivo desta revisão de literatura é mapear o estado da arte dos indicadores de sustentabilidade aplicados ao turismo, identificando seus avanços, lacunas e oportunidades de aprimoramento, a fim de oferecer uma visão abrangente sobre o uso dessas ferramentas no monitoramento e desenvolvimento de práticas turísticas sustentáveis. O turismo sustentável é um campo de crescente relevância, demandando ferramentas analíticas que assegurem o equilíbrio entre as dimensões ambiental, econômica e sociocultural. Os indicadores de sustentabilidade desempenham um papel central na mensuração de impactos, no suporte a políticas públicas e na promoção de práticas mais sustentáveis no setor. Este artigo apresenta um panorama atual do estado da arte em indicadores de sustentabilidade ligados ao turismo sustentável, desenvolvendo uma revisão sistemática de literatura. A revisão foi conduzida por meio de um protocolo estruturado, abrangendo busca, seleção, análise e síntese de estudos relevantes. Os resultados destacam a evolução histórica dos indicadores, abordagens metodológicas predominantes e suas aplicações em diferentes contextos geográficos e econômicos. Identificam-se lacunas importantes, como a ausência de padronização, integração interdisciplinar e adaptação a realidades locais. Este estudo propõe um arcabouço teórico que articula os indicadores com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), sugerindo diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de panoramas mais robustos e adaptáveis. As contribuições do trabalho ampliam o entendimento sobre o papel estratégico dos indicadores na promoção de práticas de turismo sustentável e oferecem insights para pesquisas futuras e aplicações práticas.
