The study sought to expose the design of affectivity in a new model of family organization that is gaining significant contours with the doctrine and the jurisprudence country in order to discuss the nature of affectivity as a standard principle with all its binding and mandatory qualities. The problem was the reduction of love to mere spontaneity , in short , making it impossible duties and sentimental taxes to each other , but the philosophical deepening worked with the hypothesis of a voluntary affection and can be burdened with binding effect because of the legal rule of nature (Principle of Affection). The proposal sought to rescue the Platonic , Aristotelian and Christian philosophical notions as a way to enhance the possibility of a conscious and voluntary love to legal accountability purposes.
