Manifestações clínicas da Síndrome de Sjögren: um relato de caso

Relatar o caso de uma paciente com Síndrome de Sjögren, destacando suas principais manifestações clínicas e a evolução do quadro. Os sintomas iniciais incluíram olhos secos, coceira, vermelhidão ocular, boca e pele ressecadas, queda de cabelo difusa e dores nas articulações. A paciente apresentou episódios de dor nas mãos com fraqueza muscular, fadiga intensa e baixa tolerância a esforços físicos. O diagnóstico foi confirmado em 2013 por reumatologista, com FAN positivo e teste de Schirmer indicando ressecamento lacrimal grave. Exames adicionais confirmaram comprometimento das glândulas salivares. O tratamento incluiu imunossupressor, corticoide em esquema de desmame, colírios lubrificantes, suplementação e colocação de plugs oculares. Atualmente, a doença encontra-se controlada, embora persistam efeitos como ressecamento generalizado, cansaço, queda de cabelo, arritmia e ganho de peso. O relato evidencia a importância do reconhecimento precoce, da atuação multidisciplinar e do acompanhamento contínuo, contribuindo para o entendimento da diversidade clínica da Síndrome de Sjögren.
