INFLUÊNCIAS DO VÍCIO EM PORNOGRAFIA NOS HOMENS COM BASE NO MECANISMO DE RECOMPENSA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Esta revisão integrativa analisou as influências do vício em pornografia no mecanismo de recompensa cerebral em homens, utilizando a estratégia metodológica “PICo” para guiar a seleção dos estudos. Os resultados indicam que a exposição repetitiva a estímulos sexuais visuais provoca hiperativação do sistema límbico, especialmente do núcleo accumbens, e alterações no córtex pré-frontal, comprometendo controle inibitório, regulação emocional e tomada de decisão. Observam-se também maior impulsividade, déficits atencionais, menor empatia, alterações hormonais e prejuízos sexuais e sociais. Esses achados ressaltam a complexidade multidimensional do vício em pornografia e sua semelhança neurobiológica com transtornos aditivos, destacando a importância de abordagens interdisciplinares para prevenção e tratamento.
