DIFERENÇAS ENTRE LEAN MANUFACTURING E GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN – REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

A implementação da filosofia Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) na produção objetiva a redução da geração de resíduos e minimização de desperdícios se aproximando dos resultados esperados pelo Lean Manufacturing (LM). Apesar de suas sinergias, ao investigar a literatura notou-se que estas filosofias se divergem na delimitação de seu foco, não podendo interagir de forma conjunta em algumas partes da organização simultaneamente. Este artigo tratou de uma análise comparativa entre as abordagens LM e GSCM. A finalidade desta pesquisa foi realizar uma revisão bibliográfica com a finalidade de descrever as diferenças entre as duas abordagens. Verificou-se que as organizações enxergam as práticas sustentáveis como um custo ambiental, apesar da vantagem competitiva que estas práticas agregam à organização. Constatou-se ainda que empresas preferem adotar as práticas e ferramentas do LM.
